| Description: | Pale straw in colour and medium to heavy bodied, thanks to being hung on the vine till truly ripe. This concentrated wine has layers of fleshy fruit that are bouyed by fresh acidity. The aroma is lush with notes of quince, peach and nougat which follow through onto the palate. The wine has a silky texture and a fullness, characteristic of wine aged on lees.It is pulled along by a saline - like minerality that stretches the wine to a clean and dry finish. |
