Description: |
Selection of the best parcels successively harvested at optimum maturity according to the varietal. Fully destemmed, Grenache and Syrah are vinified separately. 5 weeks maceration to slowly extract the fruit, colour and tannins with daily pumping over, cap-punching and releases. This deep red wine has an intense sophisticated nose, exhibiting black fruits, liquorice and spices. The mouths is ample and powerful with silky tannins and a long aromatic finish.
